Returns Policy

Changes can be made within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

You can either exchange with another product or return your product and we will create a credit voucher that you can redeem whenever you want on your new order.
Changes/returns are accepted as long as the product has not been used and has not received any processing and upon presentation of the proof of purchase.

The following conditions must be met for the return of products to Flexshop.gr:
• The return must not exceed 14 working days from the date of delivery of the product
• Returns must be received in the original condition you received the product.
• If a mistake has been made by our company, the return is accepted as long as you notify us within a period not exceeding 7 working days. In this case we fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
• If no mistake has occurred on the part of our company, only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is returned and the shipping and return costs are borne solely by the customer, even if your shipping was free. In other words, you will be refunded the amount of your order, minus the shipping and return costs.
• Refunds are made within 30 days of the products being returned and received by us.
• In your refund you must tell us the account to which you want the deposit to be made.
